Bible365 Kids Support
Bible365 Kids is designed for shared parent-child Bible stories, bedtime prayer, gentle narration, memory verses, and calm daily faith routines.
Email support
Please include the app version, build number, device model, and a short description of the issue. Please do not include a child's full name, school, address, precise birthdate, photos, or other sensitive child information.
Parent gate
Purchases, subscription management, support/contact, sharing, export, deletion, account settings, and external links are protected by a parental gate. If a parent gate behaves unexpectedly, contact support with the device model and iOS version.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are handled by Apple and should be accessible only from parent surfaces in the app. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Narration and audio
Story narration is bundled for offline playback in the submitted app. Parents can enable or disable audio in the parent-controlled settings.
Deleting local data
Parents can delete local family progress from the parent dashboard. This removes locally stored child profiles, progress, favorites, badges, and settings from the device.
Child privacy
Bible365 Kids does not include third-party ads, behavioral tracking, public social features, or unmoderated child-generated content. See the Bible365 Kids Privacy Policy for details.
