By downloading or using Daily Bible Habit (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Daily Bible Habit is a personal Bible reading and devotional app. Scripture text, daily devotionals, stories, and historical context are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
The App offers an optional "Pro" subscription (monthly or yearly) and a lifetime purchase option through Apple's App Store.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
Auto-renewal: Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing subscriptions: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Bible text is drawn from public-domain translations. Devotional commentary and stories are original material provided as-is for your spiritual reflection. The App is not a substitute for a local church community or pastoral counsel.
You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the App or its content.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
