By downloading, installing, or using Bible365, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

Bible365 grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

Bible translations

The Bible texts shipped with Bible365 (Basic English, King James, World English, and Douay-Rheims/Challoner 1899) are public domain. Devotional and reflection content is © Bible365 and may not be reproduced without permission.

Subscriptions

Optional premium features are sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Bible365 does not have direct access to your payment information.

No warranty

Bible365 is provided "as is." While we work to ensure the app functions reliably and translations are accurate, we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Your use of the app is at your own discretion.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bible365 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always at bible365app.com/terms.
