Common questions
The audio isn't playing
Make sure your phone isn't on silent mode and that you have a network connection on first play (audio downloads then plays from local cache on every subsequent listen). If you're a free-tier user, you have a small daily audio cap — Pro removes it.
How do I switch translations?
Open any chapter, tap the chrome to reveal the controls, and tap the small translation chip. Or open Settings → Bible → Translation. KJV is the default; we also bundle Douay-Rheims, CPDV, WEB, and BBE.
I missed a day — did my streak break?
Pro users get one grace day per week — missed days inside the 48-hour window can be restored from the History tab. Free users earn a passive streak freeze for every 20 days read; it auto-spends when you miss a day.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Bible365 → Cancel. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period.
I want to delete my account / data
Open Bible365 → Settings → Reset all data. This wipes everything stored locally and removes anything backed up to your iCloud Key-Value store. Bible365 doesn't run its own servers; there is no remote account to delete.
